Jets Place RB Elijah McGuire On Injured Reserve The New York Jets have placed injured running back Elijah McGuire on the injured reserve list to make room for newly signed outside linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu.McGuire Lac Edwards Jersey , a second year running back, broke his foot in late July and had surgery to repair it. He was originally expected to be out for three to six weeks; however, the Jets had already conceded he would not be ready for the opening day game on September 10. McGuire now becomes a prime candidate for one of the players designated to return in season from the injured reserve list.
